Context

CareTech.bg is a modern online store and digital platform developed by Ludogorie Soft, serving both end customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B). The project combines e-commerce with services in the field of computer hardware, IT servicing, and video surveillance systems.

The primary objective of the project was to build a fully custom e-Commerce solution tailored to specific business requirements, multiple integrations, and long-term scalability.

Challenge

CareTech.bg operates under a hybrid business model—an online store that resells products through integrations with external suppliers, while simultaneously offering services such as computer repairs, custom PC builds, cleaning and maintenance, printer sales, and video surveillance installation.

The main challenges of the project included:

  • The need for integrations with multiple suppliers for automatic synchronization of products, stock availability, and pricing;

  • A tight deadline for launching a fully functional website;

  • Flexible pricing logic and efficient order management;

  • Preparation for future scalability and automation.

Off-the-shelf e-Commerce platforms were unable to meet these requirements, making a fully custom-built solution the only viable approach.
